All information you provide to us is stored on our third parties’ secure servers and will only be used for marketing purposes and handled by the marketing team at The Dolby Hotel Liverpool. For data handled by Worldpay, data is stored in a secure database which is hosted in a secure data centre.

Your information may, for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, be disclosed for processing.

Our employees and third party service providers may access your information when providing a service such as online booking and third party consultants offering marketing support. All of our employees and data processors that have access to, and are associated with the processing of your personal information are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our visitors information.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

If you are applying for a job opening at The Dolby Hotel Liverpool and have sent us your personal details as part of the application process, all information is stored securely on site at The Dolby Hotel Liverpool and is only used for reference purposes. All data will be cleansed 6 months after receiving application if a candidate is unsuccessful.

Any data collected from the website that has not been transferred to a third party platform will be deleted. This data cleansing process will be carried out monthly.
