Making a reservation implies full adherence to our Terms and Conditions. By making a reservation, you certify being legally capable and of age, and guarantee that the information you provide is true and correct. Any misuse or fraudulent use in your own name or on behalf of a third Party may deprive you of access to our services or entail financial liability on your part. The present Terms and Conditions apply to any use of our website as well as to any booking or payment made for a stay at the Dolby Hotel Liverpool.
For each reservation you will be given a number which will allow you, if needed, to cancel your booking (pay attention: when advanced purchase reservations is made, neither cancellation nor modification nor reimbursement is possible). For any reservation made on our website, we request your credit/debit card number, expiry date and CVC code as a guarantee. It is essential this card has sufficient funds as it may be pre-authorised. In the event that your card has insufficient funds your reservation may be cancelled. Payment will be made on arrival, unless you do not arrive and have not previously cancelled your booking. In such case, the amount of the first night will be debited from your credit/debit card. Means of payment accepted (apart from cash) are as follows: • Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro, Eurocard.
Except for offers where reservation can be neither cancelled nor modified, and in case of on-line payment, any cancellation can be made before 2:00pm the day before the date of arrival and no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. In the case of group reservations, any cancellation can be made 14 days before the date of arrival and no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. A cancellation number will be delivered to you.
Rates on our website are in British Pounds, VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. We may modify our rates at any time. This does not apply to existing reservations.
Our website may display special offers for which neither cancellation nor modification is possible.
Our website displays a number of offers for which only on-line payment is available. PAY ATTENTION: in such case, no modification, cancellation or reimbursement is possible. The amount of the whole stay will be charged on your credit/debit card. Payment on-line is made by credit/debit card and through a secure payment system. You will be asked your credit/debit card number, its expiry date and the three digit code on the back of your card. Any irregular, inefficient, fraudulent or incomplete payment on the part of the customer will entail cancellation of the reservation to the expense of the client, without prejudice to any civil or criminal action. After booking you receive, within a detailed confirmation of your order via the e-mail address you gave us. The reservation is final only after your credit/debit card is effectively debited and your receive confirmation of your order. The confirmation is considered to represent the agreement between the Parties.
Our rooms are designed to sleep 1 or 2 adults. We do not allow guests to exceed the occupancy limit for the room type booked. All children over the age of 2 will be treated as adults in relation to occupancy level. Babies and infants age 2 and younger will not be counted towards the occupancy limit, however we reserve the right to impose a reasonable limit to the number of children in this age group in any one room. Cots can be provided on request.
The hotel may contact you if you have not informed us of any arrival time later than 9:00pm local time. For any arrivals after 9:00pm the card used to guarantee your reservation may be pre-authorised. Your room may be re-allocated if you do not have sufficient funds on the card used to secure the reservation. If you have not arrived by 12:00am local time and we have not been able to contact you, your card may be charged for the first night. In the case of pre-paid reservations, your room will be held for the entire night. In these cases we may still contact you regarding late arrivals.
Our normal check-in time is anytime after 2:30pm, however, rooms are made available for check-in as soon as they've been fully cleaned, early check-in may be possible subject to availability. A fee may be applicable in the case of an early check-in. Early check-in is only guarenteed once payment has been received. Any conversation about an early check-in with a member of staff is not to be considered a guarentee untill payment has been received. The hotel reserve the right to refuse or refund early check-in at any time.
Late check-out may be possible for a fee. These are only given if there are sufficient number of rooms available the following night. Late check-outs are only guarenteed once payment has been received. A cash security deposit will be required for group reservations. A member of the hotel management will contact customers making group reservations to discuss deposits after booking. The hotel does not accept stag or hen party reservations. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any hen/stag groups prior to or upon arrival.
Pets are not allowed. Guide dogs are allowed.
Accommodation off site
Should the hotel not be capable of honouring a booking for reasons beyond our control, we shall make our best effort to re-accommodate you in a nearby hotel of equal or superior standard. Additional reallocation costs will be limited in these situations.
